Objective: Describe the current status of the implementation requirements of HB 346 – the safe staffing law.

Objective: Discuss the issue of criminalization of medical errors and strategies for dealing with errors in a positive manner.

Purpose of this event is to update nurses on two current issues – staffing and criminalization of medical errors.

This event is not part of the Pre-Convention CE programming. There is no additional fee for this event and no registration is required. Any member attending Convention may walk in and attend this session.
